I am Juan Pablo Reyes Ochoa, PhD in Management. I am member of the CRESE, CREGO and LAGERPA research labs.
I teach strategy, responsible entrepreneurship, research methodology (qualitative and qualitative methods), organizational theories, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and digital transformation, AI and innovation at Panthéon-Assas University.

I am PhD in Management Sciences at the Université de Marie & Louis Pasteur. As a researcher, I am affiliated with the CRESE, CREGO and LAGERPA labs. In addition to my research, I teach strategy, responsible entrepreneurship, innovation, organizational theories, research methodology, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to several bachelor and master programs at Paris-Panthéon-Assas University.
My research focuses on the orchestration of crowdsourcing platforms for innovation. I am particularly interested in how organizations can foster collaboration within decentralized networks of individuals to enhance innovation and value creation.
Before pursuing my PhD, I earned two master’s degrees in Innovation Management and International Management. I also gained hands-on business experience as an entrepreneur, running my own company for several years.
Beyond academia, I enjoy reading, playing sports, and making music as a bass guitarist. I also have a deep appreciation for vinyl records and the unique listening experience they offer.
